Congratulations to the winners and thanks to the 16 members who supported this different format which favours draw shots. More lady members are encouraged to enter this competition next season so it can be expanded further.

Results - Curl Aberdeen Club Bonspiel 3

Saturday 13 February saw the third and final Club Bonspiel of the season with 12 clubs on the ice. Aberdeen comfortably won their first game against Turiff then peeled with Laurencekirk and in the final match came out top against Banchory. This meant Aberdeen were tied with Laurencekirk but with 1 end less finished runners up for the second time again earning 11 points.

Each clubs best two results decide the winner of the trophy and the cash prize. Curl Aberdeen will confirm the outright winner in due course.

14 members spent Valentines Day afternoon loving curling and playing the points.

Scoring 27 points Ian Kerr lifted the Claret Jug. Graham Stanley and Peter Knoll were runners up with 24 points.
